Woke up early in the morning at 5.

Not much things to mention about on the first day except that the games on the airplane kept going crazy.

In the end, I gave up and watched High School Musical 2.

It was a 4 and a half hour flight to Taiwan.

It was colder there than I expected it to be.
It rained the first three days I was there.

We went to the Shihlin Night Market which is the largest night market in Taipei?

The tour guide told us there were 400 stores inside but it sure didn't seem like it.

We went to Yeliu in the morning and it was really cold there because of the strong winds.

Most of the time was spent on looking at rocks?

Then we went to Chiufen and walked around and ate lunch.

Oh, and I bought some musical instrument thingy which sounds like a recorder.

I'm not sure what it's called.

Me and my brother bought BIGGG lollipops.

After that was a 3 hour long and boring train ride to Hualien.

(But it was nothing compared to the 7 hour bus ride to Kaohsiung the next day.)

We reached Hualien at around 6pm and it was already quit dark by then.

Visited the A-mei Aboriginal Cultural Village where we watched the tribal people of A-mei dance. -.-"

The first few days were quite boring as all we did was sight-seeing and shopping.

Oh yeah, and eating.

Sight-seeing and eating again. Zzz.

Went to Taroko Gorge National Park and took many pictures of the gorge.

After that went to the Marble Factory where all the rich people bought necklaces and blah blah blah.

Right after lunch came the bumpy, butt-hurting, 7 hour bus ride to Kaohsiung.

Slept on the bus, duh.

There was nothing else to do.

Where did I stop?

Oh yeah.

Went to Leo He Night Market in the evening.

There were lots of different types of foods there.

LOTS and LOTS.

Which probably explains why I've put on weight since I came back from Taiwan.

The day I was anticipating since the start of the trip.

The day where we get to go to the amusement park!

Anyway, more about that later, although it was quite disappointing.

First, we went the Spring and Autumn Pavilions.

And we walked through some dragon thingy?

I have no idea what it's for.

Pretty boring there too.

I was waiting for the tour guide to announce that we were going to Janfusan Fancy World, which is the amusement park, the whole time.

Finally, we went to the amusement park at around 2.

Which was the time most of the people were leaving the park.

Good thing, 'cause that means we don't have to line up long for the rides.

I forgot the little fact that it gets dark at 5 in Taiwan.

So by the time we found our way to the rollercoasters and lined up for it, quite a lot of time was already wasted.

The first ride I went on was a rollercoaster with a vertical drop.

That's all.

The only thrilling part of the ride was the drop.

And it only went once.

After walked around the park, most of the rides were empty.

Accompanied my brother to ride on a kiddy coaster.

As the name implies, it was meant for KIDS to ride on.

Guess what I saw when I was lining up for it?

A bunch of TEENAGERS pretending to scream when the ride was starting.

Someone could even talk on his phone on the ride.

Anyway, I only went on 4 rides in the 3 hours.

Pathetic huh?

I only went on 2 rollercoasters.
